Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, accounts, software, cloud services, cybersecurity services, digital transformation work, and related support provided by GreenTik (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using any GreenTik service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older, or acting with valid authority for a registered business.
- You must comply with applicable laws in your country, including data-protection, cybersecurity, and export-control rules.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration and project onboarding.
- Login credentials and account access must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
- GreenTik may refuse, suspend, or close an account if information is false, incomplete, or if the account is used in a way that harms our systems, clients, or reputation.
3. Our services
GreenTik provides information-technology solutions that may include:
- Cloud migration, hosting, monitoring, and operations
- Custom software and application development
- Cybersecurity assessment, protection, and monitoring
- Digital transformation and systems integration
- Managed IT support and advisory services
- Related dashboards, documentation, and client portals
The exact scope of work, timelines, fees, and deliverables for a paid engagement will be set out in a proposal, statement of work, plan, or order confirmation. Website descriptions are general and do not replace a signed or accepted project scope.
4. User obligations
- Keep usernames, passwords, API keys, and access tokens secure.
- Use GreenTik platforms and deliverables only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to share.
- Do not create fake or duplicate accounts, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not copy, resell, or sublicense GreenTik software, designs, or documentation except as permitted in writing.
5. Accounts, access, and client materials
You remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at info@greentik.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of data, content, and materials you provide to us (“Client Materials”). You grant GreenTik a limited licence to use Client Materials solely to deliver the agreed IT solution. You confirm that you have the right to provide those materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Fees, billing, and taxes
Fees for plans, projects, licences, or support packages are as stated in your order, invoice, or published plan. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are payable in advance or according to the milestone schedule on your invoice.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access or delivery.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, and payment-gateway fees.
Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
GreenTik retains all rights in its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, branding, and platform software. Upon full payment of the agreed fees, you receive the licence or ownership rights in project deliverables that are expressly stated in your statement of work. Third-party software, cloud platforms, and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
8. Confidentiality
Each party must keep the other party’s confidential business, technical, and personal information reasonably secure and use it only to perform the engagement. This duty does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Service availability and third parties
We aim to keep portals and managed services available and secure. We are not responsible for:
- Your local internet, devices, or internal IT environment unless included in the scope of work
- Outages, policy changes, or errors of third-party cloud, hosting, payment, or software vendors
- Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will take commercially reasonable steps to restore service and to communicate material incidents that affect an active engagement.
10. Privacy and data protection
GreenTik stores account and project data using reasonable technical and organizational measures. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted subprocessors (for example hosting or email providers) and may be disclosed if required by law or a competent authority. Further details may be provided on request at info@greentik.io.
11. No professional guarantee
IT outcomes depend on your existing systems, third-party platforms, user behaviour, and timely decisions. GreenTik does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, complete protection against every cyber threat, or specific business results unless a written service-level commitment is included in your agreement. Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for a technical assessment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenTik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement will not exceed the fees you paid to GreenTik for the affected service in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not allowed.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Breach these Terms or an accepted project agreement
- Misuse the platform, deliverables, or other clients’ data
- Provide false documents or fail required verification
- Do not pay undisputed fees after a reasonable reminder
You may stop using the services at any time, subject to the Cancellation Policy and any minimum term in your plan or statement of work. On termination we may disable access and, where reasonably practicable, return or delete Client Materials as agreed.
14. Modifications
GreenTik may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after the change means you accept the updated Terms. For active paid projects, material changes that affect that project will be communicated to the account contact where reasonably possible.
